I was there all day today, and am a longtime member of this club. The house on the right is the house of Michael Sparks. The house on the left is the Menards. My best friend is the next house up next door to the Menards. The Redlands Police Department did an outstanding job in managing this situation. Michael Sparks is not the boyfriend of the landlord. He surrendered peacefully, and no one was hurt today. The death of the Menard’s has absolutely nothing to do with the problems between Olive Del management and residents. It was solely the result of a longstanding conflict between the two neighbors. All three of these people are dear friends of mine. The information you are hearing from these groups on the internet are full of misinformation and mistakes. Mike is terribly distraught about what happened, but it was unrelated to the lawsuit with the landlord. Tina is not on site, she doesn’t live here. Management is not involved. Period. This situation is tragic, and all of the friends of the Menard’s and Mike are devastated to have lost our friends. Please correct tour reporting to clear this up. It’s now over. No, the Menard’s aren’t among the longest running tenants, many of us have lived there longer, even as long as 30+ years. The park does have a serious dispute with the landlord, and it is a mess, but it was not a factor in this tragedy. My friend is the person who reported them missing. Please get your story straight and stop spreading untruths.

Arkansas - follow JLR Investigates frequently. Haven’t seen this many SWAT on a JLR Investigates case since the Oklahoma case of the two women murdered. Wonder how often those big rams are used on homes or buildings looking for suspects?
